SeaCrew House – Terms and Conditions of Stay

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with **SeaCrew House** (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking, the person making the booking (“the Guest”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all members of their party.

## 1. Bookings
1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and are made via our website booking system or by prior written agreement.
1.2 The lead guest must be aged 18 years or over at the time of booking.
1.3 Bookings may be made by individuals or companies. The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1.4 A booking is only confirmed once written confirmation has been issued by SeaCrew House. Joining instructions will be sent electronically prior to arrival.

## 2. Payment
2.1 Full payment or a deposit of 1 night is required at the time of booking.
2.2 Where a deposit has been paid, full payment is required 7 days before arrival.
2.3 SeaCrew House reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received by the due date.

## 3. Prices
3.1 All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
3.2 Prices are per room per night unless otherwise stated.
3.3 We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, however confirmed bookings will not be affected.

## 4. Check-in and Check-out
4.1 Check-in is from 1600 on the day of arrival.
4.2 Check-out is by 0930 on the day of departure.
4.3 Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement and may be subject to an additional charge.

## 5. Cancellations and Amendments
5.1 Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
5.2 Cancellations between 7 days and 72 hours will be charged at 50% of the total stay
5.3 Cancellations more than 7 days, the deposit of one night stay is non refundable
5.4 Any amendments or cancellations must be made in writing.
5.5 In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full cost of the booking may be charged.

## 6. Maximum Occupancy and Use
6.1 Each room may only be occupied by the maximum number of guests stated at the time of booking.
6.2 The property is for accommodation purposes only.
6.3 Unauthorised visitors are not permitted without prior consent.

## 7. Guest Responsibilities
7.1 Guests agree to behave in a reasonable and responsible manner at all times.
7.2 Excessive noise, antisocial behaviour, or conduct likely to cause damage or disturbance may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
7.3 Guests must comply with all safety notices and house rules provided.

## 8. Damage, Loss and Breakages
8.1 Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property, fixtures, fittings, or contents caused during their stay.
8.2 We reserve the right to charge for repair, replacement, or additional cleaning required.

## 9. Smoking and Vaping
9.1 SeaCrew House is a non-smoking property.
9.2 Smoking or vaping inside the building is strictly prohibited and may result in additional cleaning charges.

## 10. Pets
10.1 Pets are not permitted.

## 11. Liability
11.1 SeaCrew House accepts no liability for loss or damage to guests’ personal property unless caused by our negligence.
11.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

## 12. Force Majeure
12.1 We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, fire, flood, strikes, or government restrictions.

## 13. Privacy and Data Protection
13.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
13.2 By making a booking, guests consent to receiving booking confirmations, joining instructions, and other stay-related communications electronically.

## 14. Termination of Stay
14.1 We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay where these Terms and Conditions are breached.

## 15. Governing Law
15.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
15.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
