The flat is accessed through well-lit undercover courtyard/garage and sleeps four with twin beds in bedroom and a double sofa bed in the main living room. Self-contained behind the main house and accessed via separate stairway under the main house. Centrally heated, warm, and insulated.

Whilst there are no views from the flat as you are behind the main house, it is just a 20 step walk to Oreston Quay and green/park areas when outside the house. The accommodation is right next to the SW Coast path.

The closest local shop is just a 1 minute walk away, whilst a supermarket can be reached with a 10 minute walk. The apartment is close to local bus stops and a pub with plenty of on street parking as well.
