Both properties have either key boxes or keypad entry systems.

Important information such as directions will be sent out at the time of booking and key codes and room number (if applicable) will be sent out at midday on the day of entry.

No smoking or vaping is allowed in either property. 

• Properties are fitted with smoke/heat detectors.
• Gas and electrical checks are carried out in line with legislation.
• Fire extinguishers and blankets are in both properties and maintained.
• Owners’ details are on site for contact in emergencies.
• First aid kits are supplied in each property.

Neither property is suitable for noisy groups or parties. Both properties are in residential areas.

The guest house often has students who are trying to get rest before an early start or have come in late from sea and are trying to get rest.

The flat is behind and next to a residential house.
